- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I was told I couldn't get cash from the drive-through without having a personal check on me. What has Banking come to when you can't get cash from a drive-through? I needed a specific breakdown of bills for a specific reason and couldn't use the ATM for that. She told me I could come inside but I had my two young children with me and wanted to use the drive-through for that specific reason. Bad customer service.By Kate Schartz, February 12, 2017
