- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Refused to package an item I needed to ship, claiming they wouldn't build a custom box. Meanwhile, the person I gave the dimensions and weight to on the phone said it was perfectly fine. The man behind the counter then proceeded to condescendingly tell me why I clearly have no idea how packaging works and that if I wanted to wait, his manager would happily educate me further. They were rude, arrogant, and lazy. Don't bother going there for business... they will more than likely ruin your day.By Christina Rost, February 23, 2017
