  Nathan Turner ROCKS. Usually you don't hear reviews about a bank guy being awesome, but he was. I asked about a paycheck issue that I'd been struggling to sort out for over 5 months, having been given the usual run-around, and he went way out of his way to figure out what happened, explaining the whole thing as he went. Very personable & polite, not condescending at all (many people are to me, for some reason,) and extremely helpful. He managed to give me in a lunch-break the information that I'd been looking for (off and on) for 5 months. Awesome guy, I'd recommend this branch to anyone.

  I got to the bank at 9 o'clock on a Tuesday morning. I was in a hurry I was already late for work. I was expecting to run in and run out and be on my way. Nobody showed to unlock the doors until 9:14. When she was asked if the bank was open she announced that there would be a one hour delay and it wouldn't be open until 10 o'clock. There was no notification delay on either the door, the answering machine, or the website. When she was asked about this she proceeded to make excuses. I know I had better things to do and I'm sure everyone else had better things to do. If I had known that the bank wouldn't be opened until later then it was advertised I wouldn't have wasted my time.
