- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I usually do not send any type of survey because I am in retail car sales and it is hard for me to judge others performances for the fact I am very observant on the way people act and go through with promises. In this fact Andy Zemon, Rebekah Wade, Kristie Bader and the Waterstone team went above and beyond for me and my wife. From the beginning to the end they were there for us through every step. They even were there when we were exchanging late night emails and calls to get everything together for the next day. Being in sales this make me feel as if we were not just customers but family to them. I couldn't ask for anything better when it comes to customer service and follow up after the closing also!!
